Once you submit your inquiry, one of our experienced team leaders will contact you to learn more about your special event or getaway. Together, we’ll design a complete turn-key RV experience, so you can relax and let us handle all the details.

After gathering your trip details, we will create a basic itinerary and customized quote. From there, we can adjust, refine, and personalize your trip to fit your exact needs.

• Special requests can be added with reasonable advance notice.

• State campgrounds require reservations at least 6 months in advance to ensure availability.

• Private property stays should be arranged at least 90 days in advance.

Once your itinerary is approved, we will secure your reservation with a confirmation security deposit. You will receive a Rental Agreement and Disclaimer form via email for signature.

• Cancellations made 10 days prior to your reservation receive a 100% refund, minus a $100 planning fee.

If your RV is not being delivered, we will send instruction videos in advance. A detailed User Guide is also included inside every RV.
